How to Use This Website

The Jay's stock photography collection (www.mitchellstockphotos.com) has been designed to make it easy to search my collection of cityviews, landscapes, wildlife & insects, places, fauna & flora, structures & signs, contemporary, and people and events images. It is so that you can easily view the images I have taken using the Lightboxes set-up and then use the reference provided beside the image caption title i.e. (buenosaires1 - CV000001) which will correspond to a link on the following stock photograph websites:  (please note that links to these stock image sites are in construction)

Pricing

For prices for the use of images they may vary from each company I have used in order to promote my images within regards to the following:

Specific Use: in what media will the picture(s) be used? I.e. book, magazine, brochure, website, video, etc.

Industry: in what industry will it be used? For example, publishing, paper, advertising...

Distribution area: local, regional, national, international

Size: the image size related to the final page size, if printed, I.e. 1/2 page, full page, etc., or screen size if on website.

Total circulation: how many copies will be produced.

Duration: amount of time you plan to use the image(s)

Start date/End date

Personal Use

If you wish to order prints of images found on this site for personal use only, please refer use the contact details found on the website or email admin@mitchellstockphotos.com

Rights

An image license grants you one-time, non-exclusive use in a specific publication or web domain. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to create a new product, such as a magazine ad, without obtaining a new license.

Delivery

Image files will be delivered via a download link (preferred), or sent on CD/DVD as per the instruction of the stock images site used or if used for personal use as agreed via communications via email or phone with regards to the specific image/s required.
